I. Appointment Policy

We value your time and appreciate your cooperation in respecting our scheduling policies.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. A late arrival fee may apply.
  • Fees: Fees for missed appointments, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations will be charged to the card on file.

II. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services rendered or products purchased. We stand by the quality of our treatments and products, and our team is happy to address any concerns you may have.

III. No Children Policy

For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, children are not permitted in the treatment area. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

IV. No Pet Policy

To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all clients, pets are not allowed inside the premises. Service animals, as defined by law, are welcome.
